ESET and Intel Security Researchers to Highlight Unique Malware Findings at Black Hat 2015

ESET®, the global leader in proactive digital protection, and Intel Security, announced today that the companies will be speaking about collaborative malware research at Black Hat 2015 on Wednesday, August 5 in Las Vegas.
ESET Security Researcher Eugene Rodionov will be co-presenting with security researchers from Intel Security, a panel entitled, “Distributing the Reconstruction of High-Level Intermediate Representation for Large Scale Malware.” A malware expert, Rodionov and his colleagues will discuss how they utilized distributed reverse engineering techniques, using intermediate representation in a clustered environment, to abstract malware in challenging environments.  The presentation will include analysis of 2 million malware samples, providing insight into how to improve malware analysis efforts and threat intelligence initiatives.
