Who can join the ESET Referral  Program?

Anyone can join our referral program! Whether you’re a current customer or simply a big ESET fan, you can earn rewards for spreading the word about our internet security solutions for home and business.

What happens after I sign up?

Once you enter your email address, you’ll be enrolled as an ESET brand ambassador and can instantly share your unique referral link via email, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. You’ll also receive a welcome email that contains your unique referral link and login credentials to our portal. Make sure you save this email for future reference.

How much can I earn with referrals?

You will receive a flat $10 for orders up to $100 before tax.

Orders above $100 before tax will be paid out at 10% of the net order value. For example, if the order is $89 plus tax, you get $10. If the order is $309, you get $30.90.

Only new customer referrals are eligible to earn a reward. Self-referrals are also excluded, but we encourage you to contact us if you’re interested in learning more about ESET solutions for your business.

Rewards will be in the form of pre-paid e-cards emailed monthly. 

Rewards are capped at $500 per person, per year.

How do I track my rewards?

You can visit www.eset.com/us/referral/referral-overview/ any time to get your unique referral link and to see a dashboard listing the number of shares, how many people have clicked on your share, the pending reward payout and amount paid.

To access the dashboard, click on "View stats" and a one time passcode will be sent to the email you used when you enrolled. This passcode will expire after an hour, so the next time you visit the page, you will need to generate a new code.

When will rewards be paid out?

Referral payouts will occur once per month, based on accrued orders. To qualify for payout, orders will be reviewed after the 30-day return window has passed.
