We encourage and celebrate all unique contributions to ESET’s community and our company culture. The ESET Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council and ERGs (employee resource groups) proactively address important matters, and the company promotes and supports their involvement. We currently have 20+ members in the DEI Council with representation from all ESET offices, and 11 active ERGs and Committees spread across the globe.
