This is an outstanding achievement, particularly since it also marks ESET APAC’s inaugural participation in the assessment by the global leader in workplace culture assessment. As part of the recognition, ESET will also be considered for the Singapore Best Workplaces.
I am especially proud to learn that all our employees who were surveyed said that ESET is a great place to work, lending credence to the amazing workplace culture at the ESET APAC office. In addition, we scored highly across the five components of the Great Place to Work Trust Model: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie. These components measure whether employees believe their company is a strong community where colleagues are friendly, supportive, and welcoming. In particular, we also achieved an overall score of 100% across set benchmarks that measure employee experience, such as sense of achievement, physical safety, inclusivity, trust and work-life balance.
