1. How can I download VPN for desktop?
To download the VPN application for desktop, simply click on the link provided in the email you received. This link will redirect you to the VPN download landing page.
2. How do I download the VPN application for mobile devices (Android, iOS)?

3. How do I install VPN?
On the first screen of the installer, you need to either automatically or manually accept the End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, depending on your device's operating system. The language is set to the OS default, and the installation folder is set to the default. After successful installation, a splash screen will appear as the final step.
4. How do I activate VPN?
After installation, you must enter the Activation code for VPN generated from the ESET HOME. The Activation code consists of 10 characters, including capital letters and numbers, with a set expiration time of 24 hours. If you try to activate the application after this time, it will return the status 'Activation code has expired.' In such cases, you need to request a new Activation code and activate the application within 24 hours.
