Similarly as during the BETA testing, we would appreciate your feedback also during the Release Candidate (RC) phase - therefore we invite you to update and get even more out of the latest ESET technology.
We have updated from BETA to RC two weeks ago bringing to light new functionalities of the Anti-Theft feature such as One-way Messaging, increasing the user’s chances to retrieve its lost or stolen laptop as well as Anti-Theft Diagnostics, strengthening the level of security by prompting the user to modify key system settings such as Windows auto login and user account password. After Scan Actions is another feature addition, allowing the user to choose from actions after an on-demand scan completes, either to hibernate, switch to the standby mode, reboot, or shutdown. To enable you experience them, we are performing a new Product Component Update on Thursday 12 July 2012. If you are already a BETA tester, you can simply update to it via a dialog window that will appear on your screen after the release.
