for ESET Endpoint Security for Microsoft® Windows 7 and Windows 8 (ICSA Labs) and a spam catch rate of 99.83 for ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server— earning it the “VBSpam+” award as one of the best products in the testing.
On top of the positive showing, ESET received the VBSpam+ award from Virus Bulletin, UK’s independent antivirus testing authority. ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server has been ranked as one of the best products in spam catch rate and as one of the best products in false positives as well. "In this test, the product saw its spam catch rate increase to miss only one in 575 spam messages, while once again no legitimate emails were blocked," states the report, a further proof of ESET Mail Security’s powerful anti-spam engine’s reliability.
In addition, ICSA Labs has awarded its certification to ESET Endpoint Security for Windows 7 and Windows 8 platforms, as well as for Business Edition Mac OS X, following rigorous and thorough testing in the Anti-Virus Certification Testing Program. The product remains deployed at ICSA Labs where it is subjected to continuous testing.
